Team Development​

Insights Discovery Team Effectiveness framework, helps teams to find their balance and give their best performance, even during the most difficult times.

​

It provides teams with the framework and tools they need to identify the most pressing and important issues. It then supports teams to diagnose and confront problems, improve relationships, inspire success and ultimately increase productivity.

​

Using the Insights Discovery framework, each team member receives an Insights Personal profile helping them to appreciate their unique value they bring to the team.

Then, through facilitated discussions, exercises and breakout sessions as part of a Team Effectiveness workshop, the team can learn how their individual and team preferences affect team dynamics and performance.

Personality Profile Tools

 

Personality preference tools, such as Myers‑Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Insights Discovery and CliftonStrengths, provide individuals with a structured and practical way to better understand themselves and how they interact with others.

Rather than labelling or limiting people, these tools increase self-awareness by highlighting natural preferences in areas such as communication, decision-making, energy focus and working style.

 

This insight helps individuals recognise both their strengths and potential blind spots, creating a strong foundation for personal and professional development.
