In these changing times the importance of developing leaders and managers to cope with challenges and the change they face becomes even more paramount.​​​
The Future Fit Leadership programme has been designed to develop core and aspirational leadership skills, knowledge and behaviours for existing leaders and those new to leadership.

It starts by providing leaders with an opportunity to 'take stock', by reviewing their current leadership style using a leadership 360 tool e.g. LPI 360 and understanding more about their style using a personality preference tool e.g. Insights Discovery, MBTI.
​
The programme of workshops then builds on this along with Leadership coaching, which reviews their Leadership 360 results and Personality profile to create a practical development plan.
​
Further Leadership coaching can be provided throughout or post programme to provide continued support and enable individuals to work towards achieving their Leadership development objectives.
