Coaching
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us."
(Quote: Coach Carter)
Coaching is a structured, collaborative conversation that supports people to think more clearly, build self-awareness, and take purposeful action toward goals that matter to them.

Rather than giving advice or telling someone what to do, a coach creates space for reflection, asks powerful questions, and helps the individual unlock their own insights, confidence, and solutions.
At its heart, coaching is about enabling growth and ownership.
