Coaching

As a qualified coach through the University of Strathclyde and an Associate member with the Association for Coaching in the UK. I have been coaching individuals, leaders and teams at all levels for the last 18 years and have extensive experience in using coaching to improve performance, enhance leadership capability, explore team dynamics and develop future talent.

My coaching approach offers you

  • An uninterrupted non-judgemental ‘space’ to think for yourself and be heard.

  • Support and challenge to get ‘under the skin’.

  • Honest feedback that motivates change.

  • A focus on achieving sustainable results.

  • Practical tools and techniques you can actually use.

I adhere to a strict code of ethics and practice as stipulated through the Association for Coaching, which means you can trust my approach and professionalism in all our interactions.

Each coaching relationship is different and we will begin the journey with a ‘no strings’ attached initial chemistry session.  This helps me to understand what you are looking to focus on and how we might work together.  It also provides an opportunity for you to decide if you feel comfortable and able to continue with me as your coach.
